Three BA project demos

Static prototypes with fake data and no backend. They show the features a BA would specify.

1. HRIS metrics

HR dashboard with filters, KPI tiles and the definition and SQL behind each number, plus 10 productivity signals with thresholds, a department heatmap and the decisions they suggest.

BA focus: metric definitions, data sources, privacy, metric → decision.

2. Marketplace platform

Browse, search, request a booking, and accept as a seller, with a live analytics event log.

BA focus: user flows, wireframes, validation, DAU drivers.

3. Contact centre escalation

Tickets move through L1 to Manager by SLA rules, with an audit trail and bottleneck view.

BA focus: process rules, SLAs, exceptions, bottlenecks.
