Workforce basics

What we have. Useful context, but none of these on its own tells a leader what to do.

Headcount by department

Hires vs exits per month

Employee lifecycle (stage counts)

Productivity signals

Each tile has a threshold and names the decision it drives. A metric with no decision behind it should not be on the dashboard. Rates over a period are annualised so 6 and 12 months compare.

Department heatmap

Red = act now, amber = watch. "hidden" = fewer than 5 people behind the number, so it is not shown (privacy rule).

Overtime vs engagement by department

Teams that work the most overtime usually report the lowest eNPS. Check whether this holds before you act on it.

Decisions this suggests

Illustrative data only. No personal data. Real HRIS reporting needs privacy rules: who may see which department, minimum group size before showing a number. Productivity numbers describe teams and systems, never rank individuals.
